Award Pathways

Choose your route to recognition

Professional Excellence Category

  • For leaders and professionals with significant contributions to the field.
  • Submit a Professional Contribution Write-Up for scoring.
  • Distinguished Leader: 75–100.
  • Emerging Leader: 50–74.
Ideal for professionals whose impact extends beyond production into leadership, industry contribution, and ethical practice.

Professional Achievement Category

  • For financial planners with strong 2025 production performance.
  • Qualify through Total FYC, Total Premium, or Total Income, plus BSC Category A.
  • Figures must be verified and endorsed by your company's authorised officer.
  • Available tiers: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
Meet the published threshold and submit a complete, endorsed application, and you qualify under the selected award tier.

CFP® Certified Professionals — you may apply under either the Professional Excellence Category or the Professional Achievement Category. Choose the category that best represents your 2025 performance and contributions.

Professional Excellence Category applicants submit a Professional Contribution Write-Up and are assessed across the five areas below.
